This is brilliant. Noble just gets West Ham and what we are about.
Apologies if posted before, I know a lot will obviously follow the club on Twitter but for those that don’t :

Most telling is that from all the criticisms dished out here, his fan club have only refuted one point - that we've not been a yo-yo club under his captaincy.

I'd argue that most of you have literally no idea why you still treat him like he's the fucking second coming.

We just went 2 0 down against Burnley (or 3 i cant remember) in a relgation battle. He lost his head as he looked like he didnt want to waste time.

He should have done what Collins did but at the same time I can understand why he lost it.

We are all human and I dont think his actions that match should taint what has been a good solid career at us.

Noble lays out hooligan.

Better than watching Green Street.

Scariest thing is he could beat up ANY West Ham fan.

WD40 - I imagine you are among our younger supporters because in years gone by, proper (by which I mean old school, these days) West Ham supporters would stick together and beat fuck out of anyone who attacked a West Ham fan in front of them.

This would be the case EVEN IF THAT FAN WAS A MUPPET.

These days, fans like you APPLAUD such a thing. Trespassing on a bit of grass that isn't even ours justifies assaulting a West Ham supporter?

I hope Mark Noble starts punching you, because you'll have to not only take it, but cheer him on and encourage him to do it "properly".

Only one fault of him he
should have smacked that pitch invader properly.
bloke giving it large then getting smacked -lovely.

People on here must love the Anderson's and co of this world playing for our club which is strange.

We never yo-yoed between divisions under his captaincy.

My opinion on Noble is he played out of position for most of his career. He clearly wasn't a defensive midfielder but ended up stuck there because the club never appeared able to sign somebody better for that role. The high number of free kicks he gave away on the edge of the 18 yard box kinda proved it!

He was clearly more of an advanced midfielder...not in the hole behind the 9 but one who roams somewhere in-between.

His most memorable games for us were always when he was given a bit more freedom from defending supporting the forwards.

Then post a counter-argument, rather than a girly whine.

Does he say anything specific to West Ham fans? Would be the same words if he played for Sunderland or Gillingham, just a different club.

That's not a dig at him. But the YouTube thing is meh

I watched a bit of this then I watched all of ‘Everybody’s second team’ preferred the latter and it may be because they hadn’t just got a contract extension.

Re: This is brilliant. Noble just gets West Ham and what we are about.
Not this waste of a contract again?

Rated only by a succession of garbage managers and people on this website, "Mr. West Ham" hasnt ever had the opportunity to transfer to a different club because nobody ever bid for him. Not even teams in lower divisions! So staying at the same club wasn't even a choice he made.

Under his captaincy we've yo-yod between divisions and won precisely nothing. As soon as we stop playing him, we find ourselves at the top end of the top division.

He's old, he's slow, he was never ever any good in the first place (admittedly good penalty record but I don't rate that as the mark of a good footballer) and earns new contracts by being the spokesperson for the most hated board in West Ham United history. When he ran out of things to say about the club not being run like a circus any more because the fans were demonstrably not having it, he took to wrestling a West Ham fan to the floor by his throat!

If he cared about West Ham so much, he would stop bleeding us dry. I never want to see this prat in a West Ham kit ever again.

To have a top-class (albeit not world class) player like Mark Noble at our club, to spend his whole career here, a lifelong fan, and seemingly a very pleasant and down to earth bloke - in my opinion we're extremely fortunate.

Thanks for posting that up, enjoyed it.

All the best to Mark in his last year, hopefully we can actually win something of note in his final season, an FA Cup would be nice.

I knew his Dad very well. (Haven't seen him for years) and used to have long chats with him when Mark was in the academy. Makes me laugh remembering back to his dads constant moan which was "mate I just can't work out why they are trying to change him from a left winger into the centre, he's got too many tricks to be in the centre. He would be wasted"
Just goes to show that dads know fuck all lol
